Connoisseur: a person who has a great deal of knowledge about the fine arts, cuisine, or an expert judge in matters of taste. I may not be a connoisseur of some of the items in the definition above, but I am on a mission to become a connoisseur in the art of craigslist. I do not know why people buy things brand new when they can find them in perfect condition for half the price or even free on craigslist. My most recent treasure off craigslist is my breadmaker. I have been wanting a breadmaker to help me in cutting back our grocery bill [post on that later]. After a couple days of looking and being patient I found a breadmaker that had only been used once for $20.00. Most of the breadmakers I saw online and in the stores were at least $50 or more. I jumped on the deal and went to pick it up. When I picked it up, the gentleman said that he had another one that he found and asked me if I wanted it at no extra cost. "Of course" I replied. The other breadmaker is practically unused as well and I figure that I can turn around and resell it on craiglist for $30. If I sell it for $30 than I can make back the $20 I spent for both breadmakers meaning that I got mine for free and made a profit of $10. I love craiglist!!
